Dover Intelligent Design Case Finding against ID

The judge presiding over the Dover court case on whether or not Intelligent Design should be considered a scientifict theory and taught in public schools alongside evolution has handed down his finding - that Intelligent Design is not scientific and should not be taught in public schools as an alternative scientific theory to evolutionary theory.
